Topic: The Kinney Family for which Kinneys Lane is named

Ms. Dorothy Justus will share with us about the
Aaron Kinney Family. Aaron Kinney built his home in Scioto County in 1810 presently within the city limits of Portsmouth
but Portsmouth was not chartered until 1815. This makes the Aaron Kinney Family one of the first families in Scioto County
and Portsmouth.
