of Scioto County" through SCCOGS, surnames in the
1820 and 1830 Scioto Co., OH, census and 80 pages of
descendant charts, family group sheets and biographies
of early settlers, submitted by direct descendants.
The publication is in honor of the 200th Anniversary
of the County of Scioto, the City of Portsmouth and
the State of Ohio. The book was compiled and indexed
